Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 cup of grilled cashews and sunflower seeds mix

  • 1/2 – 1 cup bio extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp Sea Glow Powder

  • 2 handfuls of parsley and rocket

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 medjool date

  • Pepper and sea salt to taste

Directions

  • Peel the garlic and add to a mixing bowl with the lemon juice
  • Add the oil, Sea Glow powder, parsley, date, cashews and sunflower seeds
  • Put it all in a food processor or blender and whizz
  • Add seasoning to taste
  • Feast on your pesto however you enjoy it best!
